"Our First Thanksgiving"

It is really interesting to celebrate Thanksgiving in a country that doesn't. The boys were in school all week and we were too. We are grateful for our FBCNB Cook book. It saved the day! Here is our menu: baked chicken breast, mixed veggies, sweet potatoes (not like we were used to), dressing (with a few Pringles mixed in), fruit jello and chocolate pie. Once we finally sat down to eat, it really did seem like Thanksgiving. We were truly thankful! oreign land is really interesting.

The other pics were take last week. Our landlord and her husband and mother fixed lunch for us. It was rat ngon! The other picture was actually taken today. Yes, it was before taken before it was cooked. However, it wasn't much different after! It turned out to be fish soup and it was very tasty.

Robin & Regan -- Love your blog and the adventurous life you are leading. I know your work in Hanoi will be very successful. Our family will remember you often. It's amazing that you haven't changed much since those young days at Riverside.

Hi ya'll! Does that make you think of TX? I shared some of your story this week with our branch of the company. They were really interested and excited about some of the pic.

I was also talking to Dad about ya'll this morning. He said to tell you how proud He is of you and how much He really does love all of you.

Enjoy the fish soup.
